The Privacy and Data Protection of our customers are fundamental to INBRA. For this reason, we have prepared this Privacy Policy in order to present, in a clear and easy way, how we treat the personal data of our customers and consumers, especially regarding the use of our SITE.

The Privacy Policy is complementary to our SITE's Terms of Use. If there is any contradiction between this Policy and our Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy will prevail in matters related to Privacy and Data Protection, and the Terms of Use will prevail in relation to other matters related to the SITE.

1. What is this Privacy Policy about?

This Policy is applicable to the processing of data related to identified or identifiable individuals, including data related to their devices, which are considered personal data, under the terms of the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Thus, this Privacy Policy has the function of explaining to you how INBRA treats the personal data of users and customers who access our SITE, http://www.inbra.com.br/, hereinafter referred to as “SITE”.

2. What personal data will INBRA process?

What data will be processed?

For navigation and general use of the SITE, it is not necessary for the User to identify himself. However, when you access the SITE, regardless of login or registration, we will collect data related to your browsing, such as your IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type, device and mobile operator, geographic position and other related data. to users.

What is the data used for?

This information is intended to identify you, as well as to enable INBRA to contact you to respond to your request. These data are stored for a period of 1 year, and may be used for future contacts related to products and services provided by INBRA.

3. Agents for processing and sharing personal data

The personal data collected, stored or processed, in any way, due to the use of the SITE are controlled by INBRA. Thus, INBRA must be consulted by the Data Subject for the eventual exercise of the rights provided for in the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data – LGPD, which can be done in accordance with the provisions contained in this Privacy Policy.

INBRA does not sell personal data, assigned or shared with Controlling companies outside its business group, without prior authorization, being used, if not for the fulfillment of INBRA's legal and regulatory obligations. In this way, we do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

Eventually, INBRA shares its data with partners and service providers when necessary for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or even when requested by competent authorities and bodies. Whenever carried out, the sharing of data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data.

The user's rights at any time are:

  • Access to personal data;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or processed data in violation of the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data;
  • Data portability to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with ANPD regulations;
  • Revocation of consent and consequent deletion of personal data processed, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data;
  • Information on the public and private entities with which the controller made shared use of data;
  • Information about the possibility of not providing consent and about the consequences of denial;

INBRA reserves the right to maintain the processing of personal data if it has a legal basis for treatment applicable to the specific case, such as, but not limited to, compliance with a legal obligation, execution of a contract, legitimate interest, etc.

In some cases, in order to process and fulfill your request, we may ask you for proof of identity before fulfilling your request. Once your identity is proven, we will respond to your request in the shortest possible time, in compliance with the provisions of Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

5. How do we protect your personal data?

We keep your personal data stored in secure environments, in accordance with our Information Security Policy. All data collected during your interaction with our SITE, from the first access, travels and is protected by secure transfer protocols (HTTPS) and encryption. Subsequently, such data is stored in the secure environment of our cloud storage service partner, in accordance with the highest information security standards.

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

We will only store your personal data for the period necessary for each purpose indicated in this Privacy Policy.

If your personal data is necessary for the performance of any contractual obligation assumed by us towards you, we will only be able to delete your data after fulfilling such obligations.

When we need to keep your data only to comply with our legal obligations, depending on the nature of the obligation, your data may be kept for a period of 5 years, renewable for another 5 years.

In some cases, your personal data will be kept for an indefinite period, especially in case the legitimate interest of the Controller (in this case, INBRA) or third parties in this regard is demonstrated, in compliance with the provisions of the LGPD.

Our SITE may contain links to other sites with their own content and Privacy Policy. INBRA is not responsible for the practices adopted on third-party sites. Always consult the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the websites before using their services or providing your personal data. If you disagree with the practices of the third party, do not use their services.

10. Responsibility 

As there are no infallible or inviolable security systems, INBRA is not responsible for any damage, loss or loss of user information caused by third-party conduct, as well as in cases of fortuitous event or force majeure outside of your control.
