Heat Stabilizers for PVC

The solid calcium and zinc stabilizers of the PLASTABIL® line were developed to meet the rigid PVC market, in the production of pipes, linings and rigid profiles in general. They are used to replace toxic compounds based on heavy metals.

The liquid stabilizers from the PLASTABIL® line were specially developed to supply the flexible PVC market, in the production of hoses, laminates, toys and shoes, etc. They are used where there is a need for liquid stabilizers based on calcium and zinc to replace Barium and Cadmium compounds.

This line of stabilizers are high performance products, intended mainly for flexible PVC compounds, used in the manufacture of tarpaulins, curtains, vinyl floors, among others, where there is a need to replace Cadmium in the formulation.

Kickers are accelerators in the decomposition of Azodicarbonamide, acting to reduce the expansion temperature.

Organic Phosphites are phosphorus antioxidants used in the formulation of PVC compounds and paints in general.
